Home Owner Association Services provides the following additional services for a flat contracted fee. These services are in addition to the Association Management Services outlined in the previous pages.
Weekly scheduled inspection and walk through.
The Board of Directors can be assured that your Association Manager know exactly what is going in your association, because under this service, we visit your property on a weekly basis and automatically send out violation letters, verify contractor compliance, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors on other issues that might need to come before the Board.
Attend the meetings of the Association and Board of Directors.
With our managers in attendance, you as a Board member can be assured that you will have the best in pro-active, consultative advise for the issues that come before you.
Limited number of associations under management.
Our managers have a maximum association number of seven. The "On Grounds Management Service" assures your Board that time conflict are at a minimum. In addition, your membership, Board, and manager has the full administrative support of our in office staff.
We never act as rental agent.
The majority of our competition act as leasing agents, as well as association Managers. We feel this is a direct conflict. Your Board can rest assured that the interest of the association is always our first interest, not those of out-of-town landlords.
We make certain that not only are your association’s amenities maintained, but we are actively involved in the seasonal opening, closing, and guest management of your amenities.
From printing guest passes to membership cards, from on-line reservations to assistance with the provisioning, we are there to make your job as Board members run more efficiently.
